Cinnamon Sugar Muffins

These muffins are SO delicious that even our picky, gluten-eating friends (both kids AND adults) LOVED them!! 🙂

It’s a great recipe to use if you’re transitioning your child off of gluten, sugar and/or dairy! It features products from some of our favorite healthy go-to brands!

Cinnamon Sugar Muffins

Adapted from the recipe by Namaste Foods.

Makes 15-18 mini muffins or 6 regular size muffins.

Tip: Mini muffins are less dense in the middle than the larger ones and “feel” more like a traditional muffin in your mouth. If you’re just getting started eating gluten-free, try making the mini muffins first!


1 1/2 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
3/4 cup Coconut Secrets Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/3 cup So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or spray muffin tin or insert paper liners.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (20 for full size). Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
